The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process of our butter cookies, from raw materials to finished products. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and address any issues or deviations from quality standards promptly.
- **Process Monitoring**:

- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine tests and inspections, including taste tests, visual inspections, and laboratory tests as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and findings.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety and quality regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting food quality and safety.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with production and engineering teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to improve product quality, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Training and Education**:

- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Develop educational materials and resources to support quality assurance efforts.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present them to senior management.
- Ensure proper documentation of all quality-related processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
