We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused POS Machine Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our POS machine products.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with POS machines, including hardware and software problems.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our POS machine products, including features, functionality, and benefits.

4. Issue Resolution: Escalate complex issues to senior support teams or technical experts as needed, and ensure timely resolution.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

7. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high standards of customer support.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

2. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of POS machine technology and functionality.

3. Customer-Focused: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve team goals.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
