**What your life at Litmus will be like**:

- Understanding project requirements and ideas.
- Using graphic techniques to create drafts.
- Developing creative logos, banners, social media posts, brochures, and more.
- Executing adaptations with precision and consistency.
- Pitching creative concepts to the team leader or clients.
- Collaborating with the internal teams to understand project briefs & ensuring timely completion.
- Using feedback from other designers to improve.

**What will help you thrive at Litmus**:

- 1-3 years of experience with design projects and a good portfolio.
- Collaborative work is essential at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design-related software.
- Strong photo editing skills.

**What would you bring to Litmus**:

- Planning Designs, illustrations and photographs for presentations.
- Delivering a high volume of creative designs within stipulated deadlines.
- Proactively conceptualize and recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
- Adept at visualizing and coordinating with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all the artworks.
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Responsibility for hands-on designing of retainer or social media accounts.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure coherent delivery of activities aligned to strategic objectives.
