**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.
- Interpret and implement construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications with precision.
- Ensure all construction work aligns with project plans, codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor the use of materials and equipment and ensure efficient site operations.
- Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Keep accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil construction.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical blueprints and plans.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and equipment.
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to adapt to changing site conditions and solve problems efficiently.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in construction management is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a civil construction role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
