1. Sense of UI for technological aspects and ability to implement the same
2. Create innovative UI styles based on the project requirement

3. UI design guidelines, aesthetics and innovation

- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe XD

**Skill**:

- Figma or XD
- Prototype

2. Effectively research and justify the UI elements used based on usability

3. Good sense of Visual hygiene

4. Good sense of Visual hierarchy

5. Ability to create and follow design guidelines

**Approach**:
1. Ability to work proactively & independently address project requirements, and articulate issues / challenges at appropriate time to address project delivery risks.
