Our expertise & niche is TTLC and TTLB diamonds. Our Diamond Mavericks aim to curate consistent and exclusive packages of finely assorted diamonds that fit just perfectly. We emphasize Quality, Quantity & Consistency to deliver the best service to our diverse clients locally, nationally and internationally.
**Responsibilities**
- Great customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them in selecting diamond products based on their expectations and requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our diamond inventory, including the 4Cs (cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight), diamond grading, and quality standards.
- Actively engage customers to promote our diamond products and encourage sales.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional products.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Actively monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Showcase diamond products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Keep up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions to inform customers.
**Qualification & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Min 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, including the 4Cs and diamond grading standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory management.
