**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Interns to join our team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and communication while developing key professional skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services or provide information.
- Handle customer inquiries and address their concerns professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up activities in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions as assigned.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
- Availability to work on-site in Mumbai for the internship duration.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
