**Role purpose**:

- Reporting directly into the financial team but with a dotted line to the Head of Property.
- Responsibility for all property financials across the LRQA Group, globally. Working closely with the Group Property Leads to manage all property costs, payments and business case analysis.
- Management of all property portfolio data provided by 3rd Party advisors including Cushman & Wakefield, Instant Group, WeWork, Regus.
- Production of regular property reports as well as custom reports for region heads and other LRQA departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support property related financial planning and budgeting process
- Work with Head of Property to build annual Opex & Capex budgets for property related spend in line with lease & business requirements.
- Review /Analyse existing facilities costs and prepare LRQA’s property related Cashflow modelling
- Manage all property leases financial transactions
- Production of Business Case models for approval as part of Property Transaction governance process.
- Monitor / Manage key property data - Rent, Rates, Service Charges, CPI Impact etc.
- Rent / Service Charge invoice verification
- Payments
- Treasury payments
- Ensure additional LRQA data such as milestones, current stages, comments, etc. aligned with respective sites are kept accurate.
- Noting the data to be updated on the portfolio report and reporting it back to the C&W, in data review meeting.
- Preparing ppt, for regular LRQA internal property meetings.
- Updating key decisions for item noting.
- Including the status of the sites combining with exco comments.
- Weekly progress report update
- Prepare routine and Ad hoc property related reports e.g. LRQA property leases with office type and primary use
- Insurance report: Extract from portfolio report and updating the data of the leases on real time basis.
- Utilisation report: Prepared on request. Accumulating data from operators and local team and prepared a consolidated report.
- Watershed Reports production.
- Be a regular contributor to property strategy meetings
- Prepare Exco reports as required
