**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of medical billing executives handling US healthcare clients
- Oversee daily billing operations to ensure timely and accurate claim submissions
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
- Resolve escalated issues and maintain client satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and support team members for performance improvement
- Collaborate with AR, QA, and denial management teams
- Generate and analyze reports to track team performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in **US medical billing**:

- Prior experience in **team handling or coordination** is preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in medical billing software/tools
- Knowledge of insurance guidelines, claim submissions, and denial handling
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure
- Willing to work **full-time Day Shift** from **Tidel Park, Coimbatore**
