**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English classes for students of various age groups and backgrounds.
- Train and prepare students for university-level interviews and academic discussions.
- Assess students’ language levels and create customized lesson plans based on their needs.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback and improvement strategies.
- Encourage confidence-building and fluency in spoken English.
- Use innovative teaching techniques and activities to make learning effective and enjoyable.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent fluency and command of the English language
- Strong teaching and classroom management skills
- Experience in training students for academic interviews (preferred)
- Confidence-building and communication coaching abilities
- Friendly, patient, and motivating teaching style

**Experience**:Minimum 4 years of experience in Spoken English/Communication Skills training

**Qualification**: Graduate in English or any relevant field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)

**Location**:South Delhi or East Delhi** (Preference)

**Age**:Age between **30 to 40 years**
