Receptionist and Telecaller

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Inform them about our products/services in a clear and engaging manner.
Maintain records of calls and update the CRM.
Follow up on previous calls and leads.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
**Requirements**:
Good communication skills in [Insert required languages - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,034.01 per month
Schedule:
