Key Responsibilities:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality for raw materials and components.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and assess their performance to ensure optimal supply chain operations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast requirements to avoid stock shortages or overages.
- Collaborate with production teams to align purchasing strategies with production schedules.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Utilize accounting skills to manage budgetary constraints and analyze cost data.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports on monthly sale/purchase data.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze purchasing trends and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions in compliance with financial regulations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance, production, and quality assurance teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to communicate purchasing updates and needs.

Qualifications:

- 12th pass + diploma a plus
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in ERP software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
