**Job Title: Junior Purchase Executive**

**Location: Narol**

**Department: Procurement/Purchase**

**Reports To: Senior Purchase Executive/Purchase Manager**

**Sourcing & Vendor Management**:

- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Maintain and update the vendor database with relevant details.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers.
- **Purchasing & Negotiation**:

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure they are approved in accordance with company policies.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure timely and accurate placement of orders with suppliers.
- **Order Tracking & Coordination**:

- Monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues such as delayed deliveries, quality problems, or discrepancies in quantity.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of purchased goods.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier contracts, and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and inventory status.
- **Support to Senior Management**:

- Assist the Senior Purchase Executive/Purchase Manager in special projects and tasks as required.
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.
- **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field (internships or entry-level roles may be considered).
- **Travel**: Occasional travel to vendor sites or trade shows may be required.
- **Salary : 20-25 K**:
