A Site Supervisor in civil construction is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the timely, safe, and quality completion of a construction project. They manage the workforce, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
**Supervision and Coordination**:Oversee construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively,
- **Project Management**:Track project progress, manage costs, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- **Safety Management**:Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and address any issues promptly.
- **Problem-Solving**:Identify and resolve any problems or issues that arise on the construction site.
- **Material Management**:Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials.

Pay: ₹14,332.65 - ₹22,260.76 per month
