Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, both onsite and offsite, to discuss project progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products/services and increasing brand visibility.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with project objectives.
- Work closely with project managers to understand project requirements and relay client expectations effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback for reference and reporting purposes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for marketing and client engagement improvements.
- Support project management activities including planning, scheduling, and documentation as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Experience in marketing, including campaign coordination, content creation, and promotional strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- Familiarity with industry-specific marketing tools and analytics.

**Salary**: From ₹216,000.00 per year
