Job Deliverables
- Should put efforts in Understanding Customer requirements and preferences in their property search. Keep discussing with customers their specific requirements further in the various interactions to glean further information to aid in sharper searches.
- Present various property options (post coordination with property owners and Customers for and fixing appointments etc) to customers on location basis their preferences and requirements. Be completely well versed and present the Property swot to customers to aid in their faster decision making.
- Conduct Property visits, organise for snaps & complete property details.
- Complete Listing verification on Magic bricks and other Properties etc as required.
- Coordinate with other property consultants for any Property requirements etc as required in line with Management instructions.
- Collate competitor data as required regularly.
- Participate and assist in Closing deals with Customers.
- Assist with coordinating with customers, building societies, Banks etc and other relevant parties including registration agents for organising documentation, complete processes and closing the sale or rent transaction in entirety.
- Collecting Consultancy fees from customers and depositing it in bank account as required.
- Keep himself well versed with all projects in the Vicinity to present a well-rounded view to the customer to aid in decision making.
- Access new - probable and current customers during field visits.
- Assist in calling and collecting information about customer requirements for digital contacts where required.
- Submit daily /weekly /monthly reports on visits, activity and progress to management.

Any other assignment as given by the organisation from time to time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
