**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- **Proven, verified track record** of success in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- **Fluency in English is essential.**

**Compensation**:
