**Job Scope**:
Team Member
- Citrix Admin - L3 is responsible for managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop and Citrix Hypervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending MACD tickets
- Updating Customers/internal stakeholders
- Routine Checklist
- Inventory update
- Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization

**Must Have Skill**:

- Expertise of managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop On-premise environment.
- Good knowledge of Citrix Policies
- Good Knowledge of Netscaler (ADC)
- Good knowledge of Citrix Studio and Citrix Director
- Good knowledge of MFA integration for VDI.
- Good knowledge of Citrix Hypervisor.
- Good knowledge of creating MCS catalog, Delivery Group, Image creation.
- Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
- Good Experience in troubleshooting VDI issues.
