Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee academic planning and daily classroom execution for Grades 1 to 4.
- Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with CBSE standards (ICSE experience also

considered).
- Work closely with teachers on lesson plans, innovative teaching strategies, and classroom

engagement.
- Monitor student progress and suggest intervention strategies as needed.
- Coordinate assessments, evaluations, and report card generation.
