We are looking for a committed and proactive Primary Academic Coordinator to oversee the

foundation in early years and primary education, hands-on experience at the ground level, and a

and a willingness to adapt to CBSE norms are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee academic planning and daily classroom execution for Grades 1 to 4.
- Ensure curriculum implementation aligns with CBSE standards (ICSE experience also

considered).
- Work closely with teachers on lesson plans, innovative teaching strategies, and classroom

engagement.
- Monitor student progress and suggest intervention strategies as needed.
- Coordinate assessments, evaluations, and report card generation.
- Lead and support teacher development through workshops, mentoring, and feedback.
- Organize and execute academic events, celebrations, and co-curricular programs.
- Manage ground-level operations including teacher support, classroom observations, and

parent feedback resolution.
- Handle daily teacher substitutions and ensure instructional continuity.
- Maintain stock and usage records for learning materials and stationery.
- Execute administrative responsibilities with accuracy and punctuality.
- Draft and circulate academic circulars and important communication.
- Work with CBSE portals (LOC, OASIS, SARAS) or show readiness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ensure smooth liaison between staff, parents, and school management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 5-6 years of teaching experience in primary grades.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Primary Coordinator or in a similar leadership role.
