**Job Title: Accounts Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Coordination**:

- Communicate with clients to issue and confirm invoices and purchase orders.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Respond promptly to client queries regarding billing, quotations, or payment terms.
- Maintain a professional and client-focused approach in all interactions.
- **Quotation & Billing Support**:

- Prepare and send accurate quotations based on client requirements.
- Generate invoices in accordance with company procedures and agreed timelines.
- Ensure all documentation is properly aligned with purchase orders and contracts.
- **Record-Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable and related communications.
- Provide regular updates to management on pending payments and collection status.
- Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- **Internal Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to align on client needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and reporting standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
