- Post -Tender Work such as Billing as well as Resourse planning with Purchase department.
- Taking inputs on progress of work from site team.
- Responsible for Preparation & monitoring of monthly bill status & checking contractor bills.
- The incumbent should be a graduate with professional training in Revit with having minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in QS & Revit.
- Develop detailed design drawing using Revit,Neviswork & Auto cad software.
- Generate Building information model Report (Architectural & structural plan) for extracting the quantity.
- Review the input received from internal team / consultant and understands the scope
- of work and then plan work accordingly without changing design intent.
- Co-ordinate with & consult with other team member to design, Layout or detail architectural or structural components as applicable.
- Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.
- Prepare Shop/Installation Drawings based on the coordinated Model.
- Prepare Bill of Materials/Quantity Take off.
- Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline
- Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills, Commitment to safe work practices and a good team player.

**Experience**: 3yrs - 4 yrs

**Age**: 27 - 35 yrs

**Location**: Pune

**Salary**: ₹35000-₹42000/month
