- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Monitor project expenditure and control costs.
- Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Manage contract administration and dispute resolution.
- Measure and value work done on site and certify payments.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in interior fit out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and practices.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
