**Experience**:2 to 4 years of experience in maintenance**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**:

- 7-8 years experience in maintenance department of electrical and mechanical equipments in a manufacturing unit.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

**Cost Control**
- To assist in keeping control on maintenance cost.
- To reduce power cost/fuel cost per pair.**Customer Oriented**:
**Third Party management**
- To assist in developing spares parts from outside vendors to reduce maintenance costs.
- To assist in finalizing AMC with outside vendors for DG sets & boilers.**People Oriented**:
**Man Management**
- To guide & give proper instructions to subordinates for excellent working & safety measures.**Internal Business Process**:
**Preventive/Routine breakdown maintenance**
- To give technical support to shift technician during breakdown.
- To undertake detailed study of shift breakdowns.
- To do planning for reducing the breakdowns.- To check for spares availability to met any breakdown in shift.
- To do the Indenting for new and regular spares.**HT/LT/PLC Control Panel**
- To control and monitor entire power system of the plant.
- To look after HT distribution and control.
- To look after LT distribution and control by PCC**DG Set & Compressor maintenance**
- To manage DG set control up to 1250 KVA.
- To after Maintenance and Operation of compressors.**ISO compliance**
- To undertake ISO Documentation and energy audit jobs.**Competencies**:
