**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- **electrical and mechanical** equipments in a manufacturing unit.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

- To assist in keeping control on maintenance cost.
- To reduce power cost/fuel cost per pair.
**Customer Oriented**
**Third Party management**
- To assist in developing spares parts from outside vendors to reduce maintenance costs.
- To assist in finalizing AMC with outside vendors for DG sets & boilers.
**People Oriented**
**Man Management**
- To guide & give proper instructions to subordinates for excellent working & safety measures.
**Internal Business Process**
**Preventive/Routine breakdown maintenance**
- To give technical support to shift technician during breakdown.
- To undertake detailed study of shift breakdowns.
- To do planning for reducing the breakdowns.
- To check for spares availability to met any breakdown in shift.
- To do the Indenting for new and regular spares.
**HT/LT/PLC Control Panel**
- To control and monitor entire power system of the plant.
- To look after HT distribution and control.
- To look after LT distribution and control by PCC
**DG Set & Compressor maintenance**
- To manage DG set control up to 1250 KVA.
- To after Maintenance and Operation of compressors.
**ISO compliance**
- To undertake ISO Documentation and energy audit jobs.
