Firminiq Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. As a designer at Firminiq, you will play a key role in crafting user-centered, innovative product designs that deliver exceptional user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers) to define product requirements and create design solutions.
- Use design tools such as **Figma**, **Illustrator**, and **Sketch** to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
- Work on the complete product design lifecycle from ideation to execution.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in **UI/UX design** with a strong portfolio of product design work.
- Proficient in **Figma**, **Illustrator**, and **Sketch**.
- Experience designing for both **web and mobile platforms**.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
- Ability to create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹850,007.20 per year
