Project Coordinator Noida

As a Project Coordinator at EbizON Digital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered as committed to the customer. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing project execution, preparing BRD/FRD, facilitating team coordination, and managing project timelines and budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operational management, aligning tasks and processes with company objectives.
- ⁠Understand the customer requirements including business workflow, and functional and technical specifications.
- Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
- Anchor key discussions with the clients around Enterprise CMS, E-commerce and M-commerce, CRM, Product Engineering.
- Escalation of critical issues in a timely fashion & participating in solution approach. Formulate conclusions and recommendations to resolve the problem.
- Preparation of analytical reports and inputs for client deliverables.
- Delivers and customise best in class presentations on products & services.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of Experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently under time constraint
- Working knowledge of the IT services industry will be considered as an advantage
- MBA (preferred) from reputed college/University.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel / Ppt / Word would a requirement
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
