**Roles & Responsibilities**
- We are looking for a Project Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative project coordination tasks as part of our Global Business Services. You will help in planning, tracking and organizing projects and activities as well as carry out important operational duties.
- To be an excellent project coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams.
- The goal will be to facilitate the effectiveness of projects based on the deliverables and timing.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in project management reporting and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and strong communication skills (must be comfortable leading meetings with senior leadership of an organization).
- Resource must be detail-oriented and organized Responsibilities.
- Able to reflect weekly /monthly reviews. Via Power point.
- Documenting action items from weekly reviews, sharing action items and minutes and following up on them in between meetings.
- Experience in writing Project documentation.
- Ensuring continuous interaction with customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
