This role is on the cutting edge of the digital experience industry and will be developing the best practices and innovative ideas in the market. Partnering closely with our enterprise Digital Experience Managers (DXMs) as well as customers' delivery teams, the Digital Experience Coordinator will help our customers envision the art of the possible to deliver as much value as possible with the Bloomreach digital experience platform.

Your role will require significant collaboration with internal teams, working cross-functionally with our DXMs, Account Management, Product, Technical Services, Business Services, Support - to ensure that our customers are getting the newest ideas and the best value while feeding customer ideas and questions back to the appropriate Bloomreach teams.

Strong organization skills, a collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and critical thinking background are key elements for success in this role.

**What you'll do**:

- Partner with DXMs to create customer-facing materials such as presentations for Executive Business Reviews, value demonstrations, and solution audits/scorecards
- Submit requests for data from our analytics team and review findings with alongside the DXM
- Pull in cross-functional resources such as Product, Support, and Services as needed to execute against the customer's roadmap
- Capable of stepping in and managing their account(s) in the absence of the DXM
- Maintain accurate records of client activity and health in both Salesforce and ChurnZero
- Monitoring quality of key program features and deliverables, and proactively flag any risk to account health

**What you'll bring**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in customer success, project management, or professional services
- 1+ years of relevant experience in digital experience technologies
- Comfortable reading and pulling insights from raw data
- Ability to create organized and compelling presentations for our customers
- Knowledge in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Have the drive and flexibility to roll up your sleeves and work hard in a fast-moving startup environment
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Hands-on SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience with SEO, Site Search, and Merchandising tools are a plus
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- BA/BS degree

**Your success story will be**:

- In 30 days, you will complete the role onboarding process and relevant certifications.
- In 60 days, you will start talking to your customers and continue the product learning.
- In 90 days, you will completely take over the accounts and involve in team projects.
