**Job: Telecaller Executive (Female)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain our stock market research services.
Understand client requirements and offer solutions based on our services.
Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Ensure daily targets are met in terms of calls and lead generation.
Record and maintain call logs and feedback for future reference.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Minimum Education: Graduation (any stream).
**Experience**:
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
Prior experience with stockbrokers or advisory firms is preferred.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market.
**Skills and Attributes**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in handling CRM systems.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
