A **Sales Coordinator** plays a key role in supporting a company’s sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Let’s break it down

**Core responsibilities**:

- **Order processing**: Ensuring orders are correctly entered, tracked, and fulfilled on time.
- **Communication hub**: Acting as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments (like logistics and finance).
- **Lead management**: Assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- **Sales reporting**: Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and tracking KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- **Customer service**: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.

**Skills required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
