We, at Mundhra Masterbatch, have been supplying the plastics processing industry with colour masterbatches, additive masterbatches and combination masterbatches for almost 7 decades.

*Coordinate with the factory for production & dispatch on time as per customer schedule.
- Coordinating **sales** team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Responsible for Coordinating sales-related details, taking Inquires, preparation of quotation, proforma invoice, orders etc
- To provide sales administrative support to the field/marketing staff
- Tracking sales progress and Maintaining Department Database Records
- Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the client in case of any query.
- Knowledge to make Eway bill.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-**sales** support when requested.
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Should have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation.

**Key Skills**
- Graduate possessing good knowledge of MS- Office.Tally & CRM
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.

**Experience-4-6** year (Proven experience in sales Coordinator Role in Manufacturing Industry.
