**Job opening for School Administrator**

**Brief about Aseema**:
Aseema Charitable Trust is a Mumbai based non-governmental organization with a mission to equip children from marginalized communities with high quality, value based education enabling development of their limitless potential.
It works in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and is currently running three MCGM schools - The Pali Chimbai Municipal School in Bandra (West), The Pereirawadi Municipal School in Bandra West and The Kherwadi Municipal School in Bandra (East).

**Job Location**:Bandra, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To attend to issues related to BMC pertaining to student supplies & other matters as per requirement.
- To procure necessary school supplies, meals & snacks, educational materials.
- To take care of all matters from the Maintenance Register related to infrastructure development & maintenance as well as security at the school in collaboration with the other School Administrators.
- To handle all petty cash requirements for the school & maintain appropriate vouchers & supporting on a monthly basis.
- To take care of all the travel & transport requirements of the school.
- To ensure that support staff at the school receives their uniforms.
- To supervise the upkeep, cleanliness and ambience of the school premises & duties of the support staff.
- To provide leave and attendance data of all the staff at school to HR Team every month.
- To keep a record of inventory database and corrdinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for any requirements at the school.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant administration experience.
- Good communication skills and computer knowledge is must.
