**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Strategic Financial Management**:

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial goals and strategies.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure full compliance with tax laws, including **GST** and **TDS** management.
- Oversee timely filing of all statutory taxes, including **income tax, GST, and other statutory obligations**.

**Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant accounting standards and corporate policies.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Education: B.COM / M.COM in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounts and finance.
- Extensive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong command over financial tools and software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel).
- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
