**Position: Executive - Sales (Real Estate Sales)**
**Experience: Min 1+ Year**
**Workdays: 6 days (Monday - Saturday)**
**Shift Timing**:12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST **( UK Shift )**
**Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Medical Insurance**
**Salary: Hike on last drawn ( MAX 35k CTC )**
**Qualification: Only Graduates can apply**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Make outbound calls to potential clients in Dubai to promote and upsell real estate properties.**:
- **Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties from our portfolio.**:
- **Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.**:
- **Provide accurate information about property specifications, pricing, and features.**:
- **Address customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.**:
- **Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing.**:
- **Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.**:
- **Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and feedback.**:
- **Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).**:
- **Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.**:
- **Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.**:
- **Ability to work effectively in a UK time zone shift.**:
- **Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.**
**Employment Offer Conditions**
**1. Rewards and Incentives**:
Employees will be eligible for additional performance bonuses based on successful conversions of leads into closed sales transactions (defined as customers making both a deposit and the first payment to the developer). Incentives will be calculated monthly as follows:
- **1st Sale**: INR 5,000
- **2nd Sale**: INR 7,500 (cumulative for the 1st and 2nd sales)
- **3rd Sale**: INR 10,000 (cumulative for all 3 sales)
- **4th Sale onwards**: INR 10,000 per sale
- Notes:_
- Incentives will be disbursed only upon confirmation of payment from the customer to the developer.
- Any disputes or discrepancies in sales transactions will be reviewed and resolved at the employer’s discretion.
**2. Working Hours**:
- **Monday to Friday**:
- Females: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
- Friday Break Time: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST
- **Saturday**:
- Females: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST
- Notes:_
- Working hours may be modified by the employer at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
- Employees are expected to adhere to their assigned shifts and promptly inform their manager of any planned absences or delays.
**3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Tele-callers are required to arrange at least **two client meetings per day** or maintain a **minimum weekly average of 11 meetings**.
- Tele-callers must ensure the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of call lists provided by the employer. This includes recording follow-up details and submitting updated call lists daily.
