**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing & Sales Billing**: Prepare, manage, and verify sales invoices and billing records.
- **GST Compliance**: Ensure GST, E-invoice, and E-way bill compliance in line with the latest regulations.
- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain and update financial records using **Tally Prime** or other accounting software, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- **Data Management**: Handle large volumes of data with precision and attention to detail.
- **Administrative Duties**: Perform various administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned, ensuring smooth operations within the finance department.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports and provide data for audits when necessary.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Accounting).
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles, with exposure to GST, E-invoicing, and basic financial record keeping.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with **Tally Prime** and basic accounting software tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage financial data with accuracy and precision.
- **Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal departments.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze financial data and assist with problem-solving.
