**Key Responsibilities**
- **Package Development & Management**:

- Design and develop travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to create attractive offerings.
- Regularly update existing packages to reflect market trends and customer preferences.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport providers, and activity vendors.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and value additions for packages.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with package details, itineraries, and quotations.
- Address customer inquiries and customize packages based on individual requirements.
- **Customer Experience Management**:

- Ensure all aspects of the package align with customer expectations.
- Resolve on-ground issues during travel promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Trends**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor packages, and emerging destinations.
- Suggest innovative ideas to attract diverse customer segments.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed itineraries, contracts, and package brochures.
- Maintain accurate records of packages, costs, and bookings.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in travel and tourism, particularly in package creation or operations.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related software (e.g., GDS systems, CRM tools).
- Knowledge of popular destinations, travel logistics, and customer service principles.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
