**Job Summary**

We are looking for a high-performing Travel Operations Manager & Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotations for different services and understand inventory.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending trip options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance before and after the trip; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Prepare internal company reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information - weekly and monthly
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - work on targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ Years of Travel Industry Experience.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
