**Job Description**:
JD for \"Developer : OIM App Onboarding\":
High-Level Duties:
? Perform analysis on business requirements gathered in the form on intake forms
? Work with analysts and other team members to develop solutions within Oracle Identity Manager IGA tool
? Onboard approval roles and entitlements and their metadata
? Program design, coding, testing, debugging
? Prepare detailed design specifications from which complex programs will be written and participate in review calls
? Develop deployment guides to promote the code/configuration changes into higher environments
? Participate in code peer review
? Work with onsite team
? Work with QA/Testing groups to resolve issues
? Participate in daily scrum calls to provide status
