Executive Assistant + Sales Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the director including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completes expense reports.
- Composing and preparing correspondence that it sometimes confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas and compiling.
- Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis as instructed by director.
- Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinating with sales team, CRM, purchase manager and accounts.
- Responsible for sales and promotional activities.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to the accounts department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-4 years experience in EA and Administration.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Problem solving and leadership skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- EA and Administration.: 4 years (preferred)
- Coordinated with sales team: 2 years (preferred)
