**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SOX Compliance**:

- Assist in the execution of SOX compliance activities, including control testing, risk assessments, and documentation review.
- Prepare detailed audit documentation, including work papers, test results, and management reports.
- Identify and evaluate control deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on SOX regulations and industry best practices.
- **Internal Audit**:

- Conduct audits of various business processes, including financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessments and control testing procedures.
- Analyze audit findings and prepare clear and concise audit reports.
- Identify and evaluate control weaknesses and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Follow-up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- **Business Process**:

- Understand and analyze complex business processes.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in all modules like(AP,AR,GL,P2P,O2C)**:

- Identify and assess risks associated with business processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls designed to mitigate risks.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA/CPA/CIA certification preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
