We are looking for a Facility Executive for our reputed client.

**Experience - 2-5 years**

**Salary
- 30-35k**

**Job Responsibility: -**

1. Handles the office administration, facility management & ground operations team

2. Coordination with different departments, vendor, and Vendor Management, AMC.

3. Plans and organizes the employee engagement activities, off-site events, client meetings,

4. Following up & coordinating with all departmental heads for work in progress & closure updates.

5. Manages Budgeting of Administration services, cost control on supplies & services to adhere as per budgetary restrictions & provides necessary controls.

6. Supervise the discipline & conduct of staff.

7. Monthly Billing Attendance & Timely Submission of documents.

8. Preparing Housekeeping material requisition & maintaining monthly Inventory records.

9. Courier management, check inward/outward register.

10. Ensuring all small small things in Place in office.

11. Given support or help in IT related work and provide smooth work area for Client.

12. Supervisor on Housekeeping and Pantry staff on their work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
