**Invoice Management**:

- Prepare and generate invoices for clients based on services provided or products sold.
- Review and verify billing data and ensure accuracy before sending invoices.
- Ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner and follow up on outstanding payments.
- **Billing Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile billing statements with accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- **Client Communication**:

- Address and resolve client queries related to billing and payment issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation.
- Update billing systems and databases with relevant information.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on billing activities and accounts receivable status.
- Assist in generating financial reports for management review.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure billing processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Keep up to date with industry practices and changes in billing regulations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
