**What you will do**
- Facilitate the demand intake process by capturing, assessing, and prioritizing technology demand requests
- Support stakeholders in refining and clarifying demand requests to enhance decision-making
- Ensure demand requests have a clear business value proposition and align with Ramboll’s Technology strategy, architecture standards, budgetary constraints
- Maintain an up-to-date technology demand and project portfolio, ensuring visibility of priorities, status, and dependencies
- Assist in portfolio governance processes, tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Support portfolio review meetings, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership
- Provide regular updates to leadership and business units on demand and portfolio status
- Identify areas for process automation and efficiency improvements in demand intake and evaluation
- Leverage industry best practices to refine governance and prioritization frameworks

**How you will succeed in your role**
- You possess strong understanding of technology governance, project management and product life cycle management and financial and capacity planning
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean principles, with expertise in performance management for Mode 2 - Agile & Lean digital development, aligned with the Product Life Cycle
- You are familiar with ITIL processes and their integration with agile methodologies
- You have excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
- You possess great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- You will have the ability to anticipate business needs, assess risks, and prioritize demands effectively.
- You have good communication skills, possessing the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office
- You are a seasoned professional with minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles focused on performance management and reporting.
- You are proficient with portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
