- **Recruitment and Placement**:Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing potential volunteers, and assigning volunteers to appropriate roles based on their skills and the organization's needs.
- **Training and Support**:Providing orientation, training, and ongoing support to volunteers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Managing volunteer schedules, coordinating with supervisors and other staff, and ensuring that volunteers are appropriately placed and supported.
- **Communication and Retention**:Regularly communicating with volunteers to address concerns, provide feedback, and build relationships to foster a positive volunteer experience and improve retention.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records of volunteer hours, performance evaluations, and other relevant information, and preparing reports on the volunteer program's impact.
- **Program Development and Evaluation**:Identifying opportunities to improve the volunteer program, developing new initiatives, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for effectively managing volunteers and coordinating program activities.
- Interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with volunteers, addressing their needs, and fostering a positive volunteer experience.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers is beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant software and technology for volunteer management and record keeping is also helpful.

Pay: ₹17,975.10 - ₹32,890.84 per month
