Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Software Test Engineer with at

least 1 years of experience in manual testing, writing test cases, and automating

deep understanding of testing methodologies, and the ability to deliver high
- quality software products. Familiarity with Playwright or Postman for automation

is essential, and prior experience in automation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manual Testing: Execute manual tests and ensure software functionality

and stability. Identify, report, and track bugs to resolution.
- Test Case Development: Write, maintain, and improve detailed and

functionalities. Familiarity to use TestRail is an advantage.
- Web Automation: Develop and execute automated test scripts using

devices.
- API Automation: Use Postman or similar tools to create and run

automated API tests, ensuring the reliability and performance of back
- end services.
- Defect Reporting: Identify defects and inconsistencies, log them in bug
- tracking tools like JIRA, and work with developers for resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including

developers, business analysts, and product managers, to clarify

requirements and ensure robust test coverage.
- Test Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of test plans,

test cases, test results, and automation scripts.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve

testing processes and automation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manual testing with a focus on web

and API testing.
- Test Case Writing: Proven ability to write high-quality, well-structured
- Automation Tools:

- Proficiency in Playwright for web automation.
- Experience with Postman or similar tools for API automation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot

and analyze defects.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with bug tracking and test

management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with

the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience (preferred): Hands-on experience in automation testing and

experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
