Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

**Job Description**:
Role Overview: We are seeking a QA professional with expertise in automation frameworks
strong understanding of the product’s backend and experience in backend testing. This role
requires end-to-end ownership and the ability to work as an individual contributor.
Proficiency in coding, particularly in Python or Golang, is essential. Additionally, the
good understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience in both web and mobile
testing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Perform API automation testing and thorough backend testing to ensure the

reliability, functionality, and performance of backend services and the overall product.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of GTM strategies while taking

end-to-end ownership of the QA process, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Work closely with the development technical team, product manager and program

managers to align on the quality strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of GTM strategies.
- Execute tests on both web and mobile platforms to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve

them.
- Perform infrastructure testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of

hardware, software, and network components, and validate their integration with the
overall system.
- Implement metrics, analyse test data and results to identify patterns, report on risk

status to development partners, and influence software quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in QA automation/Manual and backend testing.
- Experience in Python is a must.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and design frameworks.
- Experience with API automation and backend testing.
- Familiarity with GTM strategies and their implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
