### **Position Overview**:
The Integrated Syllabus Teacher for JEE/NEET Foundation is responsible for teaching Mathematics and Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) to students in Classes 6, 7, and 8. The role focuses on building a strong conceptual foundation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to prepare students for future competitive exams like JEE and NEET while aligning with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).

### **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Planning & Delivery**
- Develop and implement an integrated syllabus that strengthens concepts required for JEE/NEET.
- Ensure seamless alignment with the school curriculum while introducing higher-order problem-solving techniques.

2. **Concept Building & Problem Solving**
- Introduce Olympiad and foundation-level competitive exam questions to develop critical thinking.

3. **Assessment & Progress Monitoring**
- Design periodic tests, quizzes, and assignments to track student progress.
- Provide feedback and personalized guidance to strengthen weak areas.
- Analyze student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

4. **Classroom Management & Engagement**
- Encourage curiosity and interactive learning.
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Organize science projects, model-making, and practical experiments to enhance understanding.

5. **Technology & Innovation in Teaching**
- Use digital tools, online simulations, and video-based learning to make concepts more engaging.
- Encourage students to use learning apps and online resources for self-study.

6. **Parental Communication & Collaboration**
- Keep parents informed about their child's progress and areas of improvement.
- Provide guidance on how parents can support their child’s learning at home.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and academic workshops.

7. **Professional Development & Continuous Learning**
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
- Attend training sessions and collaborate with fellow educators for curriculum enhancement.

### **Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science/Mathematics/Education.
- **Preferred Certifications**: B.Ed., M.Ed., or specialized training in JEE/NEET Foundation teaching.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of teaching experience in middle school with a focus on competitive exam preparation.
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics and Science.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for young learners.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with Olympiad, NTSE, and foundation-level competitive exams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
