Our village school program focuses on providing quality education to children in rural Tamil Nadu, helping them build a strong foundation for a brighter future.

**Job Summary**:
The Healer Foundation is seeking passionate and dedicated teachers for our village school project. The role is ideal for someone who loves teaching and wants to make a lasting impact on rural children's lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and manage primary/middle school classes.
- Prepare lessons and maintain student records.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Engage with parents and the local community for student support.
- Participate in school events, awareness programs, and NGO activities.


**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) preferred.
- Freshers passionate about rural education are encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage, especially in rural areas.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills in Tamil (basic English is a plus).
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a heart for community service.
- Ability to adapt and innovate in low-resource settings.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
