**Job Brief**:
As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing team to optimize and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). You will assist in analyzing performance data, running experiments, and developing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. This internship offers valuable exposure to the fast-paced world of performance marketing and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance campaign targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Assist in A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to create ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Must have a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media ads).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn.

**Duration**:Up to 6 months
**Stipend**: Up to 15,000
**Location**: DLF Corporate Greens, Sec-74A, Gurugram, Haryana

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
